Software

The Aliro software contains the all basic features of the Aliro system and comes with a product key, and both the installer and end-user documentation.

  • Eleven languages supported with on the fly change from within the software (Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish)
  • The software supports various operating authorizations – for example‚ reception personnel may be authorized only to handle card activation while administrators are authorized to implement basic modifications of the system.
  • The software provides event control and search functions in addition to common tasks like card administration. It also includes local alarm bypass control with alarm status feedback (ASF)‚ local anti-passback‚ photo ID‚ and many other useful features.
  • The template design tool in the software makes it possible to design personalized ID cards and print those using standard Windows printer drivers.

Door Modules (Access Points)

 

AP01PAPo1P Access Point, 1 Door

The Access Point is the only hardware component required in an Aliro system. Each AP01P comes in a plastic housing and controls one door. Communication with other access points and the server is by TCP/IP or RS485.

  • Inputs and outputs pre-configured to meet most common applications. Easily reconfigured if necessary.
  • All events are stored in the access point as well as on the web server. If the AP is offline, it retains last 80,000 events in its on-board memory.
  • An Access Point (AP) can be configured to be an enrollment interface (connected to any reader), ensuring flexibility of card programming, and at the same time also controlling a door environment.

Aliro AP01MAP01M-1220 Access Point with 12V DC Power Supply

The AP01M-1220 consists of one Access Point (AP) and a 12V DC power supply in a metal cabinet with space for batteries and knockouts for all wiring. The power supply includes charging capability and outputs for loss of mains or battery power.

The power supply incorporates a battery management system comprising low battery voltage detection and deep discharge protection to protect the battery from permanent damage through excessive discharge. A brownout filter ensures that short mains voltage dips do not create a false loss of mains alarm.

Two LEDs assist with quick and easy installation by showing presence of mains, correct battery charging and a fault condition.
Comprehensive protection is built-in as standard including mains transient filtering, electronic output overload protection and fuses on the load and battery
